1. precision improvement method
After installing self-aligning ball bearing in the main engine, if measuring the radial runout of the spindle, it can be found that every measuring value of the rotor has a certain change. When measuring continuously, it can be found that after a certain revolution, the change will happen again and again. The index to measure the degree of change is cyclic rotation accuracy, which approximately repeats the number of revolutions needed to represent the quasi periodic period of the rotational accuracy of the cycle, and the amplitude of the value change in the quasi period is large, that is, the accuracy of the circular rotation is poor.
If the main axle is properly preloaded, the speed will gradually increase to near the working speed, so as to carry out the running in function of self-aligning ball bearing, and improve the accuracy of spindle rotation.
A comprehensive calibration method for 2. installation accuracy
After loading the self-aligning ball bearing into the spindle, the order of the installation accuracy is as follows (as an ordinary lathe with a diameter of 60 - 100mm as an example):
(1) measuring the size of the shaft and the self-aligning ball bearing seat to determine the coordination precision of the self-aligning ball bearing, as required as follows.
The interference fit between the inner ring and the shaft, the interference amount of 0 to +4 mu m (at light load and high precision is 0).
The outer ring matches the self-aligning ball bearing seat hole, and the clearance is 0 to +6 m, but it can also increase the gap when the self-aligning ball bearing of the free end uses self-aligning ball bearing.
The roundness error of the surface of the shaft and the seat hole is below 2 m,
The parallel degree of the end face of the diaphragm used in self-aligning ball bearing is below 2 m,
The runout of the external face of the inner face of the shaft shoulder is below 2 m.
The self-aligning ball bearing pedestal bump on the axis is less than 4 mu m.
The main axis of the end face of the front cover beating below 4 m,
(2) the installation of the self-aligning ball bearing on the shaft at the fixed end.
Clean the self-aligning ball bearing thoroughly with clean kerosene.
For grease, the organic solvent containing 3% ~ 5% grease injection self-aligning ball bearing degreasing cleaning, reoccupy oil grease will fill in the self-aligning ball bearing quantitative (self-aligning ball bearing space volume of 10% ~ 15%);
The heating self-aligning ball bearing makes the temperature rise at 20~30 degrees C, and the self-aligning ball bearing is loaded into the shaft end with the oil press.
The tightening sleeve is pressed on the shaft and the self-aligning ball bearing end face is fixed in axial direction with appropriate pressure.
The spring balance tape at self-aligning ball bearing on the outer ring, the pre load required by the checking method of starting torque measuring whether there are substantial changes (even if self-aligning ball bearing is correct, but due to fit or cage deformation, pre load also changes may).
(3) the self-aligning ball bearing - shaft assembly is loaded into the seat hole.
The heating seat hole makes the temperature rise at 20~30 degrees C, and the self-aligning ball bearing - shaft assembly is loaded into the seat hole with continuous and gentle pressure.
Adjust the front cover so that the fastening amount of the front cover is 0.02 ~ 0.05 mu m.
The self-aligning ball bearing seat end as a benchmark, a dial gauge meter against shaft neck surface, the axis of rotation to measure the beat error below 10 m;
A dial gauge is positioned in the shaft, head back hole surface resistance, the axis of rotation to measure self-aligning ball bearing before and after the seat seat hole coaxiality.
